Ekkodalen: Short hike in Bornholm

I had a short weekend getaway in Bornholm over the weekend, and fit in a short hike while I was there. I walked the Almindingen trail in Echo Valley. It was a pleasant hike. The area is more hilly than what we get in most of Denmark. The hike took us through a forest, two lakes, and two old castle ruins. I would say we were surprised at every turn by what we found after. The weather turned towards the end, and we had to rush the last few kilometers under the rain.
